Vinification: Direct pressing of the grapes, then the juice is transferred to old barrels for natural fermentation in indigenous yeast.
Ripening: The wine is aged for 12 months in the same barrels, without stirring, and bottled without filtration or clarification.
Light-bodied: Full-bodied
Straightforward: Complex

The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard near the Serra de Montejunto, in the north of Lisboa, planted in 1974 with differents local varieties. The owner is a good friend of Rodrigo Felipe, who invited him to make the wine together. 2018 is the second vintage. The natural energy typical of Humus wines is also very clearly recognizable here.
