| Vinificatie | The grapes came from an 80-year-old vineyard with yellow/gray marl and limestone soils. They were harvested in late September 2020. All grapes were selected in the vineyard. Maceration with all bunches for 8 days. |
| Rijping | After pressing, the wine then spent 22 months in 225-litre barrels. Bottled in August 2022 with no use of pumps and no addition of sulfite. |
