Waar serveer je ’m bij?
An old field blend from the south of the Dão, planted when nobody was yet sorting by variety: Baga, Tinta Pinheira and Rufete in front, with some white varieties among the red vines. Three days of skin contact at the start of fermentation is short — hence the pale colour and the supple build. Part ages in old five-hundred-litre casks, the rest in steel, followed by twelve months on the lees, which gives texture without adding weight.
