Punker comes from a 50-year-old vineyard planted with the local white Seara Nova grape on sandstone soil.We were able to purchase 60 bottles.

| Vinification | The grapes were selected in the vineyard in 12-kg boxes (the smaller the crates in which the grapes are transported, the less likely a grape will be bruised prematurely and the juice oxidized). Direct pressing in a vertical press after which the juice was transferred to 225-liter barrels. |

Seara Nova from a fifty-year-old vineyard on sandstone, with grapes that go to the cellar in twelve-kilo crates — the smaller the crate, the less the grapes at the bottom are crushed and the less juice oxidises before fermentation. Twelve months in used barrels. Ten degrees of alcohol: that is lower than just about every white wine in the shop, and it is not a shortcoming but a choice. Light-footed, mineral and far longer than you would expect at that alcohol.
