Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Twenty-three years in bottle, and that is the whole story here. A field blend of local varieties, fermented in open vats and aged in wood — Alvaro Castro's way before anything modern came into it. The hot summer of 2003 produced wines that age remarkably well, and the tannin has by now dissolved completely into the rest.
