M.O.B. Senna branco 2021
Region: Dão
Producer: MOB - Moreira, Olazabal & Borges
The nose is full of complex aromas, with notes of gunpowder and minerality appearing between fruity and floral. The palate is exceptionally mineral, salty and limpid with an excellent texture and very lively acidity. The finish is tight and long, with a nice fresh and well integrated acidity.

Waar serveer je ’m bij?
The Senna is the richest of the three Douro winemakers' wines in the Dão: partly in small steel tanks, partly in oak, eight months with light bâtonnage. That stirring of the lees is what you feel in the mouth — a broader, creamier middle around a core of minerality and white pepper. At 13.5% and with an acidity that already sits a little softer, this is a wine that wants fat across from it: butter, cream, crisp skin, olive oil. Put it next to something lean and it stands alone; put it next to something rich and it opens right up.
