Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Alicante Branco, a variety you rarely find on its own in the bottle, fermented for ten days and raised without oak. That is the whole intervention. Eleven degrees of alcohol, complexity eleven against a weight of seven: a light wine with far more to say than its weight would suggest. Six years in bottle have given it a waxy edge without costing it its freshness, and that makes it suitable for things a young wine bounces off.
