Kombucha is a beverage made from fermented tea. All ingredients used are organically grown. The tea comes from the Cha Camelia plantations in Portugal—a project dedicated to producing Japanese-style tea, founded by Dirk Niepoort and his wife, Nina Gruntkowski.
