Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, this can be fully or partially returned provided that the bottles are unopened and the cap/cork and label aren't damaged. 
Has the wine been delivered in the original packaging of 6 or 12 bottles, you retain the right to return the the unopened and undamaged bottles after opening the box. 

Please note that returning the goods is to be carried out within a period of 90 days after delivery.
The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.
We reimburse the amount paid immediately after receipt of your returned shipment, or exchange the bottles if you prefer.
