Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Foot-trodden in lagares and then fermented for eight days in cask — a short, slow fermentation that yields a great deal of aroma and little hard tannin. Sixteen months in partly new, partly used wood. Touriga Franca brings the perfume and the spice, Tinta Barroca the roundness in the middle; after nearly ten years in bottle the two have folded into each other.
