'Orange wine', that's this Humus Curtimenta all the way.Rodrigo let the skins of his grapes ferment along with the juice and even added some extra skins from another wine. This allowed him to extract even more phenols and give his wine extra flavour and structure.
As with all his wines, he uses a natural approach to winemaking from A to Z. Only a small amount of sulphite was added at bottling.
