This Mariage Parfait was initially developed by Bert Jeuris as a kitchen madeira but it turned out to be so delicious that it is often drunk plain as well.Following the logic that your sauce can only be as good as the ingredients you put in it, we felt the need to offer an alternative to the lousy quality of most kitchen madeira. That became Mariage Parfait.
