Talha XV was filled with grapes from a small plot planted entirely with local Tinta Grossa. The plot is at an altitude of 300m and has an excellent exposition, giving the grapes beautifully concentrated juice.This is the top wine of XXVI Talhas of which 980 bottles were made.

| Ripening | Fermented with maceration and contact with the masses for two months in clay pots, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts.
