Humus Tinto Especial
Region: Lisboa
Producer: Humus
'Especial' is one way to put it. This Humus is a blend of the 2013, 2014 and 2015 harvests. Rodrigo decided at the time to bottle part of each harvest and ... part not. The reserve he simply kept in steel tanks. In the end, in 2023 (!), he blended the three years and bottled them. Drinking outside the box, 200%.| Volume | 75.0 cl. |

Waar serveer je ’m bij?
A blend of three vintages — 2013, 2014 and 2015 — of which Rodrigo set a part aside each year and left it ten years in steel. Ten years in steel is unusual: no wood, no oxygen, so the wine changes slowly and keeps its fruit while the tannin rounds off by itself. Twelve degrees of alcohol, four varieties, and a flavour you will find in few other bottles.
