Why we chose this wine
Mario Sergio en zoon Frederico maken zeer karaktervolle Espumante en kiezen steeds voor Bruto Natural om de meest pure expressie te bekomen.
De wijn wordt gebotteld in het jaar na de oogst. Het is een mousserende wijn die op traditionele wijze wordt geproduceerd, met gisting in de fles en remuage met de hand in houten pupitres. Quinta das Bageiras

Frederico and his father Mario Sergio are the third and fourth generations of the Nuno family who make wine in the north of the Bairrada region. They make wines and espumantes that are very easily recognizable for their distinct character.
