VerdelhoThe grape used to make medium dry wines comes mainly from the south, but also from Sao Vicente in the north. General planting is about 46 hectares across the island. The grape is very aromatic and frivolous and has great potential for acidity.
Vintage Madeira 1994, made from the Verdelho grape. An authentic, traditionally aged Madeira in the medium-dry style, with the depth and complexity that only decades of cask ageing can bring.
