From the treasure room

These are the special bottles from our cellar: mature vintages, large formats and wines of which only a handful remain.

Some have rested here for years, others arrived in tiny quantities. They're ready to drink or will still improve. Once they're gone, they're gone: we only have a few bottles of each.

• MatureVintages back to 1960, ready now or for keeping
• Large formatsMagnum, 3 litres and even a 12-litre Balthazar
• LimitedOften just 1 to 12 bottles per wine
