The producer
Domaine Mondange
Siblings Andria and Laura Mondange founded their estate in 2017 in Saint-Antoine (Ghisonaccia), on a sunny plateau on Corsica's east coast, between sea and mountains. Where the family once delivered to the cooperative, they now make the wine themselves, in a half-buried cellar with steel, concrete, wood and amphorae. The estate is HVE certified and converting to organic.
