Nossa Calcario Tinto comes from very old vines of the local Baga grape, which is sometimes compared to Nebbiolo and Pinot. The biodynamic cultivation of the grapes and the safe vinification results in a wine full of finesse and complexity.New this year is that the wine is certified by Demeter, the strict organization that monitors biodynamic viticulture. After a conversion period of 4 years, Filipa and William are allowed to use the label. We have already tasted the clearly positive influence on the character of the wine in recent years: biodynamics makes the best wines even better.
