Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Fifty per cent Alvarinho, fifty per cent Loureiro, with handwork you notice at the table: hand-harvested into small crates, straight down to the cellar, settled at an extremely low temperature and then an extended fermentation. After that at least three months on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage. That stirring is what sets this wine apart from an ordinary fresh Vinho Verde — there is a creamy layer beneath the citrus fruit, which lets it take more than just an aperitif.

We were there when Anselmo launched his first wines under his own name and we are still following him. Meanwhile, he grew to become 'mister Alvarinho'.
