Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Three hectares of old vines on a north slope, foot-trodden in granite lagares and macerated long and gently. A long maceration with little force draws aroma and length from the skins without driving up the tannin: hence the refinement at such depth. Eighteen months in 228-litre barrels from several coopers, so that no single cask can leave its mark.
