| Vinification | This is a 100% Baga wine. Its fermentation took place in lagares and was stopped with the addition of aguardente (Portuguese for Brandy) which was distilled in our Charentais still through a double distillation process. Along with the grape variety that brought it to life, the quality of the aguardente proved to be decisive in the excellence of the final product. |
| Ripening | This abafado ages for at least 10 years in barrels with high oxygenation. |
