Humus doing Humus things, this is a blend of a 'rosé de curtimenta' or rosé in which the skins were co-fermented and a light red wine in which the skins of white grapes were soaked; all cooperated: Touriga Nacional, Arinto, Fernão Pires, Moscatel

Humus
Rodrigo Filipe was one of the pioneers of natural wine in Portugal and remains one of our personal favourites. On his 9 hectares near Peniche he makes fresh, low-alcohol wines that he only releases after several years of ageing.
