For Las Vedras, Vitor went in search of Castelão grapes in the hill country of Sintra, west of Lisboa. We are a stone's throw from the ocean here and you can feel that in the wines. The freshness is enormous, the alcohol level is low and the wines have an almost salty touch in the aftertaste.
