Las Vedras 2019
Region: Lisboa
Producer: Vitor Claro
For Las Vedras, Vitor went in search of Castelão grapes in the hill country of Sintra, west of Lisboa. We are a stone's throw from the ocean here and you can feel that in the wines. The freshness is enormous, the alcohol level is low and the wines have an almost salty touch in the aftertaste.

Waar serveer je ’m bij?
For this wine Vitor Claro went looking for Castelão in the hills of Sintra, a stone's throw from the ocean. You can taste it: eleven and a half degrees, a saline edge and acidity that stands upright. All in steel until nine months after the harvest, so no wood comes between the grape and the glass.
