| Vinification | The grapes came from a 55-year-old vineyard with limestone and sandy soils. They were harvested in late September 2020. The whole bunches macerated for 9 days. |
| Ripening | After pressing, the wine then spent 22 months in 225-litre barrels. Bottled in August 2022 with no use of pumps and no addition of sulfite. |
