Frederico and his father, Mario Sergio, represent the third and fourth generations of the Nuno family making wine in the northern Bairrada region. They produce wines and *espumantes* that are instantly recognizable for their distinctive character.The Baga grape plays a leading role in this, resulting in traditional Bairrada wines that consistently possess immense aging potential.

Waar serveer je ’m bij?
Frederico and his father Mario Sergio are the third and fourth generations making wine in the north of Bairrada, and Baga keeps the lead role there — here with some Touriga alongside. At tannin four this is the firmest bottle of our Bairrada, at a weight of nine: the structure comes from the grape and not from the alcohol. That calls for fat on the plate, not volume.
