The vineyards, for a total of fifteen hectares (composed of 5ha of old vines located in Gouveia and 10ha of vines over 20 years old in Seia) are located in one of the coldest places in Dão, the foothills of Serra da Estrela, 550 meters of altitude, planted in granitic soil with the traditional grape varieties of the region.It comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in oak and stainless steel vats with little extraction and at low temperatures. It aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 10% of which are new and the rest used. It is a wine with a beautiful violet color without being opaque; It has an intense and complex aroma, full of character and delicacy. In the mouth, it has a strong presence, but it is very fresh and smooth. A seductive Dão with a velvety texture and great depth that will grow in the bottle for years to come.
